Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that affects people’s lungs; young children are at particular risk of dying from it. This grant will support health workers to visit households where someone has TB, screen other household members, and offer preventive treatment for young children who screen negative. PATH will support the ministries of health in Nigeria, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Burkina Faso, Mozambique, and Uganda as they integrate the RTS,S and R21 malaria vaccines into their national immunization programs.
