We contacted Trickle Up because it provides cash directly to poor people, as one aspect of its program, an approach we find promising. We conducted an initial review of Trickle Up, which provided substantial information, but we are not publishing a final review at this time. Trickle Up has asked that we postpone completion of our review due to the amount of time it felt would be required to provide the additional information needed to complete an accurate and comprehensive review. Trickle Up told us that it expects to revisit our review in January 2012.
