On September 8, 2008, the Clear Fund Board of Directors held a meeting to perform its annual review of staff. The budget through December 2008 was approved; Holden Karnofsky was restored to his prior position as Board Secretary, but not to his prior position as Executive Director (both had previously been removed at the January meeting).
