We contacted Operation Smile in May 2011 because its website mentions conducting routine long term patient follow up.1 Operation Smile has asked that we postpone completion of our review due to the amount of time it felt would be required to provide the information needed to complete an accurate and comprehensive review. Operation Smile told us that it expects to revisit our review during the first quarter of 2012.
